Triathlon

Riviera Triathlon and sea swims at Goodrington Beach today. Competitors set off in small groups at timed intervals. The run was along the coast path which I was walking. I didn’t see many runners as most had already completed the section but when necessary I flattened myself against the hedge as they passed by. Great atmosphere of shared experience and endeavour. I envied them.
