After yesterday's baking extravaganza I had planned a lazy Saturday afternoon.

I ended up making a Red Velvet Cake.
And doing "faffing" .
I don't do "faffing" normally, but I think this turned out quite well.

I'll apply for the GBBO one of theses days ;-)
