It's that sad instagram cliche, taking photos of your coffee - and I was an early, prolific user of instagram.. I LOVE COFFEE though, so I'm not apologising.

My friend Graham is quite the coffee artist. This was today's effort - a linking of birds around the rim. Bit special. :)

As I spend most of my time in my studio these days, building a website and setting up the backbone of a new business I've become a partner in, my photos are going to be pretty dull for a while. I'm planning to use this journal to bring some regularity to my life. You know when you use your head so much that you forget what the earth feels like?? Yeah.. that.

This journal will be my tether to the earth where others have let me down. It'll be as strong and sturdy as I make it, I guess.

Survival always dictates when your back's to the wall, doesn't it.
