Across the A6

An early walk today and some lovely light first thing too.

Unusually there were no birds at this end of the lake when I passed it, presumably they sleep somewhere else and hadn't arrived for work yet. There were some at the other end of the lake, but nowhere near the full number that are present in the daytime.
