Monday

It hasn't been a good day. All I can see is empty days ahead of me. I get discharged from the hospital tomorrow and it's looking like there will be no further support. 
The way to get back to therapy is for me to seek professional help and get stable for a period of time. I don't know how to get that. 
It feels so hopeless, and I feel lost. 


After many tears and negative thoughts I walked in the rain to Asda passing the harbour . I thought the harbour may have over flowed but all I saw was the water gushing at the side.
