Flour Power

I just felt like diverging to a different kind of flower. Call me nonconformist.

You’d think I bake a lot looking at all these flours. At one time I did bake quite a bit. These days I think about it more than I do it. I’m ever hopeful of finding recipes for baked goods I once enjoyed, modified to my current restrictions. One can always hope.
