Sleep Apnea

Had to go to the hospital this morning to be given a machine that measures how I sleep in case I have sleep apnea.  I’ve always heavily snored, but I seem to be tired out all the time.  Could it just be stress and the menopause??? Who knows.  Anyway, I am now hooked up to my machine and cannot for the life of me remember if I am supposed to switch it on or whether it just activates itself…..ho hum.

Blip is the window opening mechanism in the old Victorian part of the hospital I was in.  It was lovely to see that they had kept all these old features which obviously still worked well.
