My bed time

And I'm taking this up to a child...

Although, on getting upstairs, he had just dropped off. Two chukdren and husband all in bed together. 

Early run with the dog was a great start today and much needed. The running has slackened off recently and it's showing (sadly).

Trip to the hospital this afternoon for the husband to have a check up, the boys were collected by friends and had a lovely time - and qere really well behaved by all accounts so I'm little bit proud of them. Top marks to my friend who looked after 4 children by himself this afternoon. 

Today I'm grateful for:
All being well at the hospital
Lovely friend who looked after the boys 
The freezer breaking, we ate very well this evening!
