Lolo

Lolo loves this parking lot, he loves looking for food scraps, sniffing around the dumpsters. A few years ago there were a lot of drug users hanging there that was awful. Sometimes I'm able to divert him but sometimes not. Since we are there early morning I'm still not fond of it.
