Is She Sticking Her tongue Out At me??

Molly isn't a fan of thunder.   In the picture on the left you can tell she's not happy with the thunder that happens all the time.  Hew eyes get big and the white shows.  She comes to me and barks her feelings while staring  at me.   If I don't talk to her her, she barks louder and louder.
     While I was trying to get a blip of her, she barked very loud and rolled her tongue .........       The question is whether she was mad at me for not making the thunder go away.....
or is it her dislike of the camera, now?
Who says dogs don't talk?
