Marmot party

the 'I saw this and thought of you' moments.

'Black Tuesday' was on a ski trip to Zermatt in 2010 and within our party of six one was emergency boarded of the mountain, one factured his thumb and the other tore allsorts of things in a knee that shouldn't be torn.

My conribution was to lose the groups entire bloody kitty of over 500 CHF over the side of the mountain.

With some good humour, later, we joked that the marmots had a damn good party on it.

I wonder whether the marmots ditched the party and invested in the new Marmot store in Westfields Stratford. Either to torment me or be close to their initial funder.

Whatever it was, it provided a nice opportunity to whiz over a photo text to old friend.
