Notes: Kept the bike stuff out and ready to go in case I felt like going. Instead, went for a run and body (espec knees) felt great - surprising! Finished off my gluten free pancake/waffle mix for breakfast - very light and fluffy, another unusual thing. [My hummus last week came out so light, almost whipped texture too - fantastic!] Rest of the day did not feel like a holiday or a workday. Hot and sticky so couldn't really open the place up. Boring, long day. Streamed some shows, Mom called early afternoon. Rains in the evening but much less than radar had shown.
