I am no plantsman

My daughter bought me this plant for Fathers Day.
That was only a couple of weeks ago and look at it now. Every time I walked passed it another fruit fell off. I understand the same also happened when other people walked passed it.
Sadly I don't think it will now recover.
Maybe I will be given another one soon. If so I will try and look after it better next time
