Biscuits......

......baked today.  Both recipes given to me by friend - really crispy shortbread ones and tangy ginger biscuits (with lots of syrup in them).  We have a friend (& ex neighbour) is coming for a coffee tomorrow.  Looking forward to seeing her as we were sad when she had to move.
