We’ve had a busy and almost normal ‘pre-Covid’ type of day. My car has been in for a service and MOT so we dropped it off in Bradford and then drove on to the Mall at Junction 32 where we did a bit of shopping and had lunch. The traffic on the M62 was crazy busy and it felt very strange driving on a busy motorway for the first time since lockdown.

It was nice to get home and have a coffee in the garden! The water lily in my patio pond has just opened up and there are a couple of other buds on it too.
