Cornflower Coming On

Kirsi had a great idea this year.... to leave large areas of our lawns un cut and to sow native meadow flower seeds. Her labours are beginning to show results now. This will be a Cornflower when it finally bursts forth. Personally I think they look superb even in the bud like this.
