We will miss you

My friend and colleague, B, is leaving this year and will be greatly missed by me and others too.  She is taking early retirement and likes to emphasise the early bit so people don’t think she’s older than she is :-D))

Tuesday isn’t her day in school but we invited her in for ‘afternoon tea’ with the children and it also coincided with our watered down prize giving morning.  The children had a whale of a time and I hope B did too.

We had partly decorated the room yesterday with the intention of finishing it this morning before she arrived at 9…. She arrived at 7.30! Hey ho! All good fun.

I really will miss her but know we will still meet up for dog walks and catch ups.
