Lou grappling with claim forms which have been weighing on her mind.
Then we had a rainy, girly shopping trip to Carlisle as she needs more pj's.  She even had enough energy to make dinner!

Tomorrow Frank is driving home to collect more pain relief for her as she's needing an increased dose. 

While he's away our plan is to paddle/ wild swim depending on how brave we're feeling.
