Floral tribute

I do not know if someone is trying to start a tradition similar to the traffic cone on Wellington outside GOMA in Glasgow but Sir Walter Scott had some geraniums in his lap today.

It looked as if it had been lifted from one of the garden displays so I’m not sure this should be encouraged.

I’m also not sure about the picture in the extra. Good that the bottles have not been left on the ground. But why not put them in the nearby bins?
