Rugby feast.
Rainy cold and miserable. We took Dileas for a long walk on the Strathblane railway walk to tire him out. At the start of the walk there is a very pretty little church with an old grave yard overlooking the hills. Our friend Inga's husband is buried there. He died twelve years ago yesterday. Today we put two huge bunches of daffodils on his grave which really brightened it up on this dull day. Then it was home for a feast of rugby. Two great matches and now the third involving us! It's just begun and we are three points ahead. I live in hope!! In between matches I managed to make a lovely salmon dinner and a pineapple upside down cake. Hadn't made one for ages and it was real comfort food. Delicious!!
