A new broom

sweeps clean or so the old saying goes.
Well this is a new road sweeper. The Council must have plenty money to splash out. The street looks no different.
I did my usual shop first thing and came home.
Then I went across to the Muslim Centre to get another test.
No luck there.  After ringing the bell and banging on the door the chap appeared.
I was told they've stopped doing them.Obviously not many takers.
I went to the shop to tell the owner who knew nothing about it.
He took the notice out of his window.
