I am happy to report that the squirrels remain defeated by the anti squirrel baffle. Only one is still visiting and looking at the bird food.

Today’s image is somewhat of an emergency Blip as I have been well occupied today. Took a shot of the vegetation in the thicket just to the back of our house.

Played Bowls last night and won 8 Nil. Brought down to earth with a bump this afternoon when we lost 8 Nil. Very frustrating when you can have a good game one day and then play rubbish the next.

Awaiting a call from someone who is going to fit our shutters. Is he real or just a stall by the suppliers to buy time. What this space for developments.

Met up with Technophobe and Loose Canon via Blip today. It was great to meet local people and start to build a new network. Thanks to Tedwin who pointed them in our direction. We feel we are starting to make progress in putting down roots where we have moved to. beginning to feel far more positive.
