My Life With Luna

By chrisA

As Luna is able to go to Puppy Day Care again we took the opportunity to visit a local timber merchants to look at some fence panels I would like to get for the garden.   Whilst in the area we decided to drive on into Harwich, Essex for a brisk walk along the sea wall from Harwich to Dovercourt.     It was high tide, the sea was extremely choppy and there was a trail of sand, seaweed and shells along the promenade, perhaps from the strong winds that had been forecast yesterday.
This is the low lighthouse at Dovercourt with the ice cream coloured beach huts in the background.   There is a high lighthouse on the beach further along but we didn't have time to walk far enough to get the two together in a picture, perhaps another day.
The extra is of the MSC Teresa leaving Felixstowe Port to head off into the North Sea and over to Rotterdam I expect.
