Wednesday

My dad’s birthday today, the fourth he has missed. We went out for a v lovely lunch with champagne, oysters, mussels and chips at our local Masterchef winner’s restaurant, it was nicely full for a Wednesday lunchtime. Then home for Will to come home from school and to eat cake.

My mum and Clare went home and I took my full up belly off for a nap before an evening of tour de France and football. I am v much enjoying Cavendish’s new found successes, love his crying face.
