Jumping For Joy

........ because he caught a great big grub for his little ones ;-)).......... actually, he wasn’t jumping but taking off to deliver his prize to a hungry beak, I just got lucky with the shot.
I think it’s some type of Warbler, probably Reed Warbler but I’m not certain, they all look so similar ....... a slightly better shot of him sitting still in extras ;-))

I felt a little less exhausted today so I managed a slightly longer walk up the footpath next to the fields and was pleased to see several butterflies flitting about...... I’ve not seen many at all this year, just the odd one or two in the garden and round the village.
