Another notaDolphin.

We had another trip out to Chanonry Point. Due to changing tide times an hour later.  To fill in the day we had a run out to some Forest Bike Trails; where I discovered how "Cycle-unfit" I have become in the last decade or so.  Part "anno Domini", part lack of exercise, part atrophy

Whatever!  The cumulative effect would be sufficient to convince a casual observer I was doing well for a wrinkly Geezer who only learnt to ride last week.
Result  -  Terrorfried, but exhilarated; and looking forward to more.
There was the usual crowd of disappointed Dolph-watchers.  The up side was a much brighter day.
Hopefully journeying over to the other side to have a wander around Inverewe Gardens.
