Invaders from across the sea

4 skiff clubs convened at Ardersier today. We rowed over from Fortrose with the boat from Avoch to meet up with Ardersier and Nairn. This was all part of the Row around Scotland 2021 relay, with a baton (see extra) being passed from boat to boat. While we stuffed ourselves with cake and sandwiches (thanks to the folks at Ardersier), the Nairn and Ardersier boats headed off eastwards for the next leg. A great coming together of a diverse group of people in brightly painted boats and a lovely day for being out on the water.
