Portraits at Crossness
A day off for both of us. I (Chris) was booked in to do a day of training in environmental portraiture at Crossness Pumping Station near the Dartford crossing in East London. With my ongoing eye problem, Annie very kindly offered to drive me there and find things to do whilst I did the workshop. It was a great session, lots of interesting industrial backdrops full of colours and textures. It was quite a challenge (as was picking one photo to blip and a solitary extra). Thanks to our extremely patient model.
After the workshop we decided to take the Woolwich car ferry back across the Thames as we'd never been on it and we weren't in a rush. We popped in to see Immy briefly in Stevenage on the way home.
