Early afternoon Ana and I went to the allotment.
It’s been a few weeks since Ana has visited the allotment, so she saw a big difference. Ana and her husband had been away on the Isle of Lewis visiting their daughter Mhairi who works out there. They had fantastic weather on their trip. I’d love to go back there sometime.

This evening I shared another Pop -Up yoga class outdoors in a lovely park . My students kindly gave me permission to photograph them in trikonasana ( triangle pose). We were so lucky with the weather for class , the rain clouds floated off and we practiced in sunshine.
