DOWN DoWn down

In Glasgow this afternoon, I spotted that the old ODEON cinema (which has been shut for years) was finally being demolished. We could get quite close, but didn't want to get covered in brick-dust. I wonder if they will keep any of the old facade or whether it will all be demolished. It will leave a full block vacant and I'm wondering what will replace it. Of couse a quick google tells all!
