Billboard
I had thought of skiving off mid-afternoon to take a photo of the Cooks River, but work intervened. Instead, it’s the reflection of a billboard near the bridge.
Today’s Zoom staff meeting was interesting. It’s NAIDOC Week, a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, and people were invited to talk about country and culture, read poems, play songs and share their experiences. Their names on Zoom included the Aboriginal country where they lived/worked.
The Cooks River at Canterbury is Bidjigal country.
Thanks for hosting Ingeborg.
