Another glorious garden

Totally new to me. The friend I met up with on Tuesday recommended Wollerton Old Hall in Shropshire and with the forecast for slightly better weather, I decided to explore.

It’s fabulous. Lots of separate “rooms” with magnificent blooms and such a sense of style. 

Edit : when I got home, I found an email from them, Wollerton was the subject of this week’s Carol Klein “Great British Garden”. Ch 5 on July 5th. It’s still on catch up and it’s fascinating. 

For my blip I chose the combination of one of my favourite geraniums with colours to set it off perfectly. Extras give a flavour of the wider views.
