Notes: Started the MMS routine in the morning - one dose and immediately felt nauseous and that lasted much of the day. B/c of that, decided to head to Publix for some juice and few things. Morning showers brought this beautiful double rainbow - has been awhile since I've seen any rainbow! Publix trip was easy and successful, quiet store. Had planned to get to TJs but not sure how hungry I'll be for the first few days or a week so will hold off. Did pull out my chicken bone broth with remaining carrots, celery and a little garlic - into the slow cooker and will add some soba noodles later for a healthy nourishing and soothing dinner.
