Swam and then up to the Health Centre for the 3 monthly energy boost. S and R came by to pick up the music and before that I did the ironing, very minimalist. The news was full of last night's win. It always emphasises that I live in a different country. Even Woman's Hour!

Lunch out with K. I walked to Newington via Cameron Toll for a new phone cover. Good catch up and we sat for ages.

Then I walked to the flat to feed the fat one. He is quite friendly to me. I bussed it home though. My back is still a bit unhappy after the furniture moving. I've stuck up the wallpaper samples. Mmmm.

Chatted to S about gardens and plants and then sat in my chilly garden. A quiet evening beckons.
