Is it a weed?

This pretty plant has seeded itself all over my big “rose bed”. It is very tall, and I suppose, technically, it is a weed, but I let it be until it finishes flowering, then it has to go. Luckily it is very easy to pull up.
I pottered in the garden today, deadheading and general tidying. My new gardeners will be paying their second visit tomorrow morning.
