Two slimes

My fence post hasn't produced any new slime moulds today but I came across these two when walking in the woods this afternoon. The white mass is another example of the Coral slime mould (Ceratiomyxa fruticulosa) and sat in the middle is a Wolf's Milk slime mould (Lycogala terrestre). I understand that the beige colour on some parts of the Coral slime mould are where the spores are still coating the outer surface. That's also why they look fuzzy compared with the translucent ones that have shed their spores. Unfortunately I had the spaniel with me rather than my macro lens....
