I went to the cinema tonight to see a film of the Kenneth Branagh directed Romeo and Juliet. It was really good. The photo is the view from the cinema looking out across the harbour. We’d booked the cinema some while ago before we knew it would be England playing in the semi finals of the Euros. It was very quiet in the cinema! As it happened I got home in time to see the extra time of the match and the second goal.
I was really sad to see Federer lose his quarter final match today. Such a shame. I do hope that’s not the end of his playing career.
