Hospital Waiting Area

This little girl was wandering around with her mum's handbag showing the contents to anyone who came along.
I had an appointment at hospital to get the results of the biopsy taken from my fingernail (take two as the results weren't available at my last appointment). 
Very good news. The results showed nothing - not even a benign growth!!! Probably a blood blister caused by a trauma to my finger which I have no recollection of. It must have been quite a trauma as my nail split open down the whole length from the cuticle to the tip.   Permanently losing my finger nail because of a blood blister is a bit over the top but much better than having a melanoma and having part of my finger removed. I'm hugely relieved. Having this “thing” hanging over me for the past month or so has been very stressful.
