Jingles

Our neighbours have gone away for two weeks so we are minding Jingles and their Kelpie Bella. Jingles hasn’t bothered to come to our place much before but today he must have realised that there was no love at home and he appeared at the door, came in and made himself at home. At least they are happy whilst their owners are absent. He would have to be the friendliest cat I’ve met. 

We have had a quiet day, cooked roast pork for dinner and invited our friend around to share. He hasn’t even been able to find a plate or his weetbix until I unpacked for him yesterday so he was grateful for a substantial meal. I don’t know what he has been eating for the last month. 

The weather is cold and wet so not good for outdoor activities. At least we are free of lockdown, Sydney has a big increase in Covid numbers with the new Delta strain and are looking at further restrictions.
