Young fuzzy cucumber.

Yesterday’s promise turned to disappointment this morning as inflammation had spread up whole leg overnight. Left leg like an elephant’s. Right leg like a gazelle’s.

A visit to the doctor this afternoon resulted in the Hospital at Home team coming to see about giving antibiotics intravenously. They were unable to do the key test owing to a missing bit on their kit. So they took lots of blood.

They will get the results later tonight. If the results show an urgent need for IV, I’ll have to go to A&E. If I feel bad in the night it’s 999.

The fuzziness has returned, rather like this young cucumber with it’s flower. So I managed a blip of sorts.
