Just do it

So this guy wearing a Nike hat, a face mask and ear phones shows up at my door on our first day back in Canada.  Turns out to be a good friend of almost 50 years checking in.  He just turned 75 and rode his bike 75 km on that day to demonstrate that his knees still worked.  Golfs and plays pickle ball regularly.   Good to see you Jim.
