The grave-diggers' shelter
When all else fails, the local graveyard can be relied upon for something of interest.
This is the often, but not recently, painted door of the grave-diggers' hut.
Yesterday I blipped a photograph of a carving of a turbaned man on the wall of Fyvie Castle. Fellow blipper Burradoo has now, I think, correctly identified him as Turkish Admiral, Hayreddin Pasha (1478–1546) who ruled Algiers and served under Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent (r.1520–66). In the west, Hayreddin Pasha was known as Barbarossa, on account of his distinctive red beard. You can see an engraving of him here.
