Merchant City Festival

I've had loads of blips over the years from this annual festival.  Last year it had to be cancelled but this year they managed to stage it in a much reduced format.  I have to say it was rather disappointing at the time I was there but I'm pleased it at least went ahead. 

This girl was promoting a new beauty salon which has just opened in the area.

I wonder if it will be back to normal next year or will we still be living with restrictions and hiding from a new variant.
