Sprrring!

Another gorgeous day so we went for a walk through Brockwell Park, stopping for tea and ginger cake at the local organic shop. We headed into the city, walking from Victoria to Buckingham Palace, where I noticed that the Breughel and Rubens exhibition was in its last week at The Queen's Gallery. 'There's no time like the present' said F, so off we went. It was a lovely gallery, with an informative audio tour, except for one guy who kept mumbling his opinions about Brueghel so I ignored him. One particular painting had me yelping in delight - Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. See if you can see why (clue: look in the bottom-right corner).

Then it was time for a picnic in the queen's front garden, where the tulips bloomed in glorious reds and yellows. Perfect!
