Spent a few hours volunteering at the food bank this morning. Very chaotic and not enough space so lots of the food was stacked on the floor. Ended up with backache. Ju came over and we had a very nice lunch in a local cafe and then walked along the Trent to the water sports centre. Lovely sunshine but a little too hot!
