Dalby Delights

We decided on an early visit to Dalby Forest for a walk with Jet. As I passed the Dalby bike hub I couldn’t help noticing the price of some of the mountain bikes - an eye watering £5,400! Moved swiftly on…

Enjoyed seeing the wide variety of grasses of all different colours growing. The main gives a hint of how they have grown recently.

Then as we approached the visitor centre I spotted these owls. Couldn’t resist a photo or two!

Home for lunch and then I decided to go for a bike ride. Enjoyed a circular route past Nunnington Hall a National Trust property. Really enjoyed my ride. Back to watch the end of today’s Tour de France. 

Don’t think I will be going far tonight!
