Ginger syllabub

Is this my favourite rose? Actually I'm not sure it's possible to have one favourite but Ginger Syllabub would be close to my top choice. It's a climber, has a divine spicy scent and is usually full of blooms, despite growing in a pretty terrible bit of soil. Earlier in the year it showed lots of potential for a mega-burst of colour and scent and then the rain in June hit it hard and lots of the flowers died off in a very un-pretty manner, brown and squishy. However, a few have come on since then and this is the best of the bunch right now.
