Soda, so good...

As it's St Patrick's Day, I wanted to mark the occasion by baking traditional Irish soda bread for brunch. The tea-towel it sits on is to add a splash of colour (tenuously, perhaps but allows a legitimate supercolourful blip)!

Now it's time to get the bacon on and get the tea brewing.
