Catastrophic cuts in council spending (courtesy of a ‘progressive’ SNP government - I can’t tell you how much it pisses me off when UK left wing figures fawn over them) twinned with the pandemic mean that giant weeds are springing up everywhere, largely unchallenged

.Some are quite pretty like this; others are giant menaces that break up the already flakey tarmac on pavements and the side of roads.

If any film producers are looking for somewhere to set a story in a post apocalyptic world, can I suggest Edinburgh?
