Party.

All through Covid J has been saving for an end of covid party for the family. Of course, we all know it's not ended, but putting together a date is always a nightmare between families, especially with one working shifts.We thought restrictions would be lifted on 21st June, so we decided to go ahead as planned. The toast was 'To being together' instead of 'The end of covid'. 

The weather behaved and we were outside all day, it didn't rain, it wasn't sunny, so perfect all round with the little ones. We decided on ordering the catering from Waitrose as we couldn't agree on a style of food. We were more than impressed, the food was magnificent, and as is the norm, we ordered far too much, so are still getting through it today. We ordered Pizzas for the evening (no washing up) which went down well too.

Drank champagne all day, all in all a fabulous day. We may make this an annual event!
